Hey all! Sorry about the delay, but pictures are finally here that chronicle the first week of 2 Films, 2 Weeks! It's been very busy, but also very productive and I am so proud of all of the progress my intrepid participants are making!
Day 1 was all about the pre-production stage of movie making, so we learned about the tools that filmmakers use to develop their ideas. We used the program Celtx to draft our screenplay, and practiced making storyboards (pictures that depict the action in a scene) for the Lion King before we created storyboards for our own movie Dances with Werewolves. The picture above shows Karl, Ben, and Everett creating AMAZING storyboards for their movie!
But film making is a lot of hard work, and so after a long but learning-filled day... we had a fun photo-shoot outside!
But alas, today we were also missing our fourth wonderful film maker Georgia... but she joined us Day 2, and with plenty of ideas too!
